You may only be interested in learning how to defend yourself should the need arise, but there are several other benefits to joining our programs as well. In fact, our programs can help you improve your physical balance, self-confidence, self-esteem, physical conditioning and flexibility.

And keep in mind that you don’t have to wait until you are “fit enough” to join our classes. Our curriculum is designed to accommodate you and bring you to the physical condition needed to complete your class requirements.
We have workouts tailored to increase your flexibility, coordination, balance, reflexes, strength…and you’ll be in the best shape of your life.
